  1. Try to drink out plenty of water at least 8 – 10 glasses.
  2. Try out not to skip meals.
  3. One has to consume small well spaced meals.
  4. Don’t skip your breakfast so that metabolism may not be slowed down.
  5. Eat spicy foods not oily.
  6. To maintain and increase weight loss, do some muscle building anaerobic exercises.
  7. Exercise regularly as perspiration is also a important way for reduction of weight since it helps to burn down fat easily.
  8. Morning Walking is very important 
  9. Drink green tea or ginger tea. A very beneficial home remedy in obesity.
  10. Mix small amount of honey and fresh ginger paste. Take this with half tablespoon Guggulu to control obesity.
  11. Aloe Vera is very much useful in helping for weight loss.
  12. Hipbath for 15 to 20 minutes in the morning and evening along with the diet and the exercise recommended would speed up the process of losing weight.
  13. Avoid fried items, sugar, sweets, chocolates, ice creams, ghee, oil etc.
  14. Eat healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, sprouts etc to avoid Obesity
